Of course RMX has to borrow to build the plant. What's so remarkable about that. Of course it's a small operation as planned. But the planned capex is also very modest and appropriate. They have hardly put a drill in the ground so all that is cream on top.
It seems that you guys live in cloud cuckoo land when it comes to the realities of establishing a mining operation. The economics of a small mine have been demonstrated to be robust.
