mickey - Rio are not tyre kickers. There are so many opportunities for a company of their size. I think you can see how long the actual contract has taken to prepare since the LOI was signed. This should give some small demonstration of the effort and cost involved. Rest assured this is big. It's a handy deal for Rio and for a company like AQD it is huge.. It will move AQD up from being just another "junior company" to a "player".
