Long term followers of ABC will know that a private company has been aquiring ABC shares over the past 5-odd years (using the 3% creep rule). A takeover has been expected for quite some time. Given ABC's recent strong profit announcement and other takeover activity in the market, is ABC ripe for a takeover as well?
I hold and I expect a $4 price tag to be reached shortly.
