Hi guys, some research, enjoy !

At the date of the last Annual General Meeting (29 november 2016), the Company had on issue 1,193,146,729 Shares therefore had a capacity to issue:

(i) 178,972,009 Equity Securities under Listing Rule 7.1 (15% of total shares) and

(ii) 119,314,672 shares under Listing Rule 7.1A (10% of total shares), subject to the Shareholder approval being sought under Resolution 4 (which they obtained).

A total of 25% of the shares of the company (298 Million shares).

Since then, they issued 175 Million shares on December 2016 @ 0.013$ (2.3Million$) to close stratmin deal.

They still could issue 119 Million shares before the next General Meeting (3d of may 2017) without requesting shareholders approval.

However, I still believe they wont bother with 119Million shares (1.5M$ @ 0.013) and they will wait for May - June 2017 to raise more money (5 million $ ?) at a better price (2.5c ? 3.0c ?)

Unless the stock price rises so quickly in april ? who knows...what do you think guys ?
