Dont know the answer to either of those ?s but with a large proportion of the money [15mill] raised offshore the ipo will be small, its a lot of money for 1 hole. Maybe taking a position in BUY might offer better leverage and less downside. Do you know the timing for the distribution of MER shares to GBA holders?
