I think this ann. was posted because they failed to get the BTT trial approval and Oz approval before the end of the quater (i.e end of this month). Alot of cut 'n paste from similar ann. with just a bit more desription.

Clearly thats what most investors think go by the lack of volume and SP movement. Still no mention of sales if any from Europe....now that they have almost 10 employees over there why not give them 1,000,000 shares each if they sell 10 units within a year ?? LOL.
