This could be a lot more significant than just simply a large placement.

This $10 Mill placement is part of a larger parcel (direct quoat). Assuming a share price of approx. 0.9 this is 11,000,000 shares which is approx 4% of total outstanding shares (265,000,000).

If this is part of a larger parcel, this means some insto (local and O/S) are already beginning to take a sizable position in this stock.
