I think VCR will raise upto $50 mill at a price of 0.80c. That equats to another 62,500,000 shares added to the register of 265,000,000 bringing the total to just under 330,000,000 shares.
All assumptions here but at 90c it would mean VCR is valued at just under $300 mill. I think that its still cheap at that price considering the developments over the past 6 months.
A company with 15 million shares would own 5% of the company.....this needs to be higher for my liking. Still, it will provide investors with more security and confidence.
