Interest at 7% on $300m will be $21m. Therefore, interest + principal repayment under your scenario would be $121m in the first year.
Incremental reserves increase, per press release, was 250,000 bbl. I don't think the 4,617 bopd (assuming this number is correct in the press release) on the second well can therefore be extrapolated (300 days by 4,617 is 1,385,100 bbls) without further information.
I looked at the implied gross value of the additional reserves (given we do not have field declines, we cannot calculate NPV accurately) by calculating 250,000 bbls at A$80 per bbl (best guess)= A$20m (non-NPV).
That could help pay for an increase in the dividend they should be paying to shareholders next year (3 to 4 cents per share)!
