I hate association SP with the word Take Off.
All I know is that the current Market Cap is retarded. The assets we own are worth more than the current MC.
When MDI recommences production and the revenue and profits start coming it, eventually they'll be valued fairly and based on actual earnings. Not on Hype and bullshit.
If the POG remains strong for the next 3-5 years, expect an aggressive re-rate of the company.
You can form you own view on what a fair valuation is and just divide it by the SOI. That will be your SP target.
