There are plenty of near mine ready companies that are severely undervalued at the moment.
It appears the generalist money has disregarded them completely which i find strange...
Guess they prefer their money to be where there is hype and attention.
The market has been great recently for raising capital, however, things could change very fast over the next 12-18 months.
Don't want to be caught with your pants down when that happens, otherwise, one would be backed into a corner to raise funds on unfavorable terms or the deposit becomes stranded.
You'd want the company you are invested in to be able to stand on their own two feet within the next 3 years.
