The Wallbrook deal was ann'd to the market on 6th April 2018.
There is some small commentary in that ann re the ore purchase agreement.
The initial ann was released on 17th Jan 2018 and mentions 'access to SAR's road haulage and infrstructure'
Both comments consistent with recent ones by NXM.

SAR recently (in the last six months) increased the capacity at Carosue from 2.4 - 3.5 mtpa

Details of the SAR JV were released on 17th Sept 2015.

Anyway, I would be interested if you turn up something more descriptive.
