RNT has been such a slow burn and I've been in and out a few times mainly through frustration... but lately back in.
At this point RNT has years of experience in the renting market space and I would hope that by now they clearly understand the renting public, agents and landlords. I can't help but think that RentPay will in fact be the catalyst to finally push this company forward and that with a market cap of only $15m it seems the market is missing a trick on this one. It's never going to be a REA (market cap now a whopping $19bn) as the margins in renting are so small BUT it could become an annuity style business if they can monetise some small part of the lease period... and ultimately that's why every successful real estate agency owns a rent roll.
