I've been seeing a company called RentBetter being advertised...

I've been seeing a company called RentBetter being advertised online recently. Almost a carbon copy of of what rent seems to do, butt seemsmore focussed on connecting renters and landloards. I.e it doesn't have it's own listing service, it uses realestate, domain and rent. It does appear to have it's own payment method for renters to pay landlords.

So we can't see we have first mover advantage. This raises the question of whether this is actually a product that landlords want. Is there enough space for two competitors in this market? Could rent buy them out for a small enough price?
