    The appearance of competition is a good sign that there could well be an actual market for the ideas RNT are developing. Dont' forget the strong base of renters RNT have built to market these ideas through. If they can leverage that effectively, then the competitive risk is diminished. I have been pitched "first mover" opportunities over the years. If that is the only strong point, they rarely succeed.
