SETTLEMENT OF URANEX SA
The directors of Comdek Limited (Comdek or the Company) are pleased to
announce that, subject to the transfer of cash consideration to the vendors of Uranex
SA, the Company has completed the settlement of the acquisition of 80% of the
issued capital of Uranex SA which was approved by shareholders at the annual
general meeting on 28 November 2007.
Uranex SA holds three uranium projects in Cameroon; Badekok, Monguele and Nki.
These projects are considered highly prospective for potential economic Uranium
mineralisation. A review of data indicates that sampling has returned anomalous
results in soil and rock samples at all three projects.
