Today the company lost 5.45% value despite the ann. Personally, after thinking it through, IMHO the acquisition was a waste of money! It appears as though they are setting themselves-up for a t/o on purpose with our money.

Only saving grace for the sp in the short term might be the reserve upgrade, hope it comes out well ahead.

I'm also interested to know whether the sell down was exasperated by some insider selling, I find it odd that no ann was made as final holding for the retiring director.
