For mine, it's a very exciting announcement.

But what happens on the market? The sell side piles a little deeper!

Oh well - I guess the market is waiting for the whole shebang to be laid out before it with all of the contracts signed... Not a lot of "true" speculators left with cash to spend I guess.

Offshore was what most impressed me as well - as well as getting the whole team together in Luanda at once - should make a great photo op!

I would expect on this that all the loose ends will now be tied up, the contracts signed etc except for the ones undergoing feasibility.
