I'm starting to think MS's comment about oil interests having a "Colossal" impact on Cityview might be the real deal.
How can he make such a statement if an evaluation process needs to occur? Lets be a little bit more objective guys.
To me it sounds more like buying more time. Hence no news in February the people on this forum expect. Just like they did XMAS and Orthodox XMAS etc etc.
