Boz, i think the last capital raising was at 60c, so whenever the SP gets back to that level those who participated maybe tempted to get their money back and break even rather than risk another decline. This is a spec stock in a bear market - other than that not much has changed for QHL in the last few months so no reason to panic. A significant revenue generating deal is what is required to propel the SP upward beyond 60c - again, nothing has changed in this regard and patience is required. All IMHO of course.
