Some miscreant/s not accepting the umpires decision, most likely on the public pay role as well judging by the source of the submissions below.
The PER resulted in 177 issues raised by 11 organisations as follows:
A Water Corporation
B Western Australian Museum
C Department of Environment and Conservation (Noise Management Branch)
D Conservation Council of Western Australia
E Main Roads (Pilbara Region)
F Wildflower Society
G Department of Water (Pilbara Region)
H Town of Port Hedland
I Department of Industry and Resources
J Department of Health
K Department of Environment and Conservation (Parks and Conservation
Directorate)
Most of them reasonably legitimate questions/comments but quite a few looked like they were framed by academic boffins with no other apparent intention than to cause delays. Some even pertained to spelling mistakes and the like.
All of the issues raised were extensively responded to by Atlas as part of the approval process, to the apparent satisfaction of the EPA albeit with several conditions.
And now this - A Joke.
