Lots of goings on all the time with this company. Thats the nature of the beast and one of the features of being a shareholder in it.
Annual report shows.
Some 200 million shares issued to the new bods KERR and ELLIOTT. Is that perhaps a bit over the top hmmmm. It appears other options issued for various people feeding at the trough may be out of the money, any comments around this.
The only good point to come out of the dramatic fall in the SP is it is hitting the directors very hard. That is always a very good thing.
