I know they are in a rapid growth phase with all their acquisitions etc, but would anyone like to give an opinion as to why they need another director? They already have 4 besides Lange, with management from ALL acquisition committing for at least 3 years too. If there is a reason for it, then I would love to know. I simply can't see the need for it.
