My question is, are CER shareholders going to get a good deal out of any settlement?
CNP is the responsible entity for CER and at the time CER did not have any independent shareholders. If the courts are going to proportion any blame, shouldn't CNP and the auditors take the blame. How do we know that CER shareholders best interests are being taken care of in this court case?
