Heck yes it will.

I did provide a rough calc as to what I estimated teh Gain was on teh sale of Shinjuku. Gain of arouns 4 cents per unit I think. So say tax at 1.5 cents. That's why I think they bumped up the distribution from 3.3 cents.

Makes cents err I mean sense to me.
