whilst i think this letter is fantastic i think we should try and avoid the word "descrimination". I have had dealings with this before as a company and unfortunately, from what i can see (and i am no lawyer) the anti discrimination act only applies to individuals and has nothing to do with companies. I am more than happy to be proven wrong buti just think we should be cautious.
