I concur, without the cash to build the mine, RXM just owns some dirt. It is critical for us to transition from an explorer to a proper miner to unlock all the value of this company. I'm just surprised that with so much cheap money floating around and the push to invest in a green future, there are no banks lining up to provide us with finance.
