G'day Anna, You should have your offer by now, unless your mail is being intercepted, and have had a chance to read it through. Rather than go into an open forum, ie here, to discuss my call with Tom yesterday, I'd suggest you give him a ring....you may like what you hear re the take up, option plan etc.. For what it's worth, I'll be taking up the full $5k entitlement, bur bear in mind I'm coming from a "free carry" point of view.
