When SA opened up I recall reading a tourist site operator saying that business had been good because of locals visiting but was looking forward to interstate arrivals as they tend to spend more.

The downside to that is that if they become an exposure site their staff will have to isolate so that they will have to close down because there would be no one to run it.
That's part of the uncertainty at the moment.
Things could change at the drop of a hat.
