They might change NSW rule. They will shift goal posts to 99.9 %. ie when 99.9% vaccination rate is reached is when unvaccinated will be allowed in pubs. They will open up Dec 15. Then shut down again in a while. Or They might try the fining people who are unvaccinated. Surprisingly they haven't tried that in Australia yet.
