it was the BOM
they failed 100% !
and didn't have a clue

where as Higgens Storm Chasers,
(you can follow the free service or pay for a very detailed account of weather
on Face Book)

was 100% correct with his forecast of the weather, yes another time
he called for a 1000 mils plus rain event
and why this would form, some days before
which gave numbers of people a clear warning so they could at least prep

and BOM....... sorry laughing here
but its not a laughing matter
didn't have a f............clue

there MUST BE a high level investigation into this government department called the BOM
