Just to note ING now own a declared 6.27% of GMG and possibly more.
ING also own 18.4% of IIF, and GMG owns 9.4% of IIF .

I lean towards a favourable finance resolution very soon, then a scrip and small cash merger between IIF and GMG . That should just about make a combined company the largest industrial trust in the world .
