the exercise price is 2c, which means that if the SP is dropping back to 2c, no one will exercise it and hence no money from it. Ex date is sep 2013, still a way off.
$2M should be enough for some drilling; so fingers crossed that they hit pay dirt on those drilling, then SP will sky rocket, they can then do cap raise or let people exercise the options.
