Not sure if there is an issue with producing Jackson oil at 100bopd which has to be segregated and transported by tanker.
If MAD had to buy their own 4500 gallon tanker it would cost ~$150,000 new and even with one trip per day from the outskirts of Houston to the refinery it would carry ~$10,000 of product gross.
I hope they need a tanker fleet on those numbers.
