Maybe its just the nice weather filling my with optimism but I take this as a great announcement. Sure its not solid with signed contracts etc, but hey the original farm-out is still on track and being finalised and they have announced another smaller one.
Sure this wont set the SP on fire, but hey atleast we know things are still moving in the right direction.
