Beautiful c 30 api and a natural gush of 1,700 barrels (rememeber there is a lot of mud down there) Also gas has low CO2 and no H2S ... but it looks like there is not much gas, its mostly oil.
The coiled tubing delay is a pain ... sounds like it is in an uncased section of the horizontal
They should be able to cut it out.
But if they cannot, they can still introduce acid but it will only be to the accessible section of the horizontal and they can therefore assess the likely flow rates for the whole horizontal ... and therefore a 2P figure for reserves.
As for turning this well into a producing well, if the coiled tubing cannot be removed, they can always redrill just the horizontal section again. So no problem.
