The announcement states that the CT is hung up in the production tubing, so well bore will be cased. Depending on the size of the production tubing, it wouldn't take much to hang up the CT in the horizontal and it will be time consuming trying to fish it from the horizontal section.
API not too bad, lighter the better obviously.
