Portman were paying $2 per share when they stopped buying down went the sp,is that not a premium the chinesse should be paying $3.50 a share foriegn investment ect .
If all this takover stuff was out the way they would be happy to pay $5-10 per share, now we are diluting to serve a arrogance.
