No, the announcement that's due today is the annual report. Even if they miss it, it may not be suspended immediately. I have seen companies miss quarterly deadlines and they don't get suspended for another couple of days later.
The date previous nominated for the AGM was never a definite date - they may well choose a different date in which case notice might come later.
