Hmm, I would expect some to take a combination !
There is risk now for the SPARCS holders if they convert, as they will then rank lower than BEPPA, but on the upside there will be more reward if BBI comes out of the GFC.
For me (if I had SPARCS) it would probably be a 20% security issue and 80% rollover with a new reset date.
