    I guess I am disappointed that no cash was offered to SPARCS.

    I know there is a sweep but why (Probably know the answer is Banks) couldn't BBI offer 10c in the $ now for those who rolled over to Nov 2010, and then pay 8.5% in lieu of 10% for the remaining 90% ?

    This would have cost a measly $7M (and they have the cash for this) and sent a clear message to all bond and shareholders.
