For what its worth as a BEPPA holder i would convert as many as possible and immediatly sell on market, hence not losing any of my pecking order, the only lose would be brokerage on the sale as well as any drop in price between the issue price(will have already taken into account majority of dilution factor) and the price i realise for them.
