It will depend all on the asset sales in the very short term.

IMO - mgmt needs to get off their arse and et as many bidders as possible into the picture. In the case of DBCT I am worried that if there is only one major bidder major bidder will sit back and buy it from a bank for nothing. - it has happened before.

They key is to get as many serious on board as possible.

I am 99% sure that they did not have to publish the ann with the spreadheet, but I will check.

So much for not being a price sensitive ann!!!
