If you were bullish on BBI, then convert now to take advantage of the multiplier.

If you were a bear/risk averse, then hold on until November and hope for an asset sale in the interim. Having said that, maybe convert now to get as much cash out as possible via selling converted shares.

Anyway, gut feel is that many will sit on their hands, and wait till November.
