ACQUIRE ESCROW BBC SECURITIES A special crossing of 23 million BBC stapled securities (3.5%) was completed on market yesterday. The stapled securities, which had been subject to voluntary escrow arrangements, were sold by two companies associated with MFS Limited. These stapled securities were issued to the MFS entities in connection with the restructure proposal of BBC completed in August 2007. Following strong market interest, the stapled securities were sold to a combination of existing and new institutional investors.
