its a tricky one...I really dont think so just based on the magnitude of sell orders seeming to take any price they can to exit....and this has been happening all day.
Personally...it seems someone bigger has been given some wind of something to be announced and they are dumping.
I've seen enough to be scared to buy in even at these levels.
