They believe it will be complimentary to their intelliheart product. Apparently it is cash flow positive making $7m per annum. They are buying it with scipt, not debt, and at about 1 times earnings, depending how you value the options.
I am actually surprised the market hasn't acted more favourably to the diversification of the business..
