    Bad ... further dilutes current holdings...but was approved by shareholders at EGM / AGM.....(got my votes).

    Good.... provides cash for ongoing working capital. Fits strategy of low gearing etc

    Busy few days for ATM's .. Cashcard Deal , Fintronics etc
