health is a branch of the gov. basically health and IDT have a deal where IDT tests vaccine trials exclusively for them... testing trial vaccines like the one they are doing with Monash uni. until the plant reaches the requirements of the sterile readiness agreement they are unable to work with anyone else. however, what I have discovered is even when they are no longer bound to this exclusivity agreement the plant is far too small to do any actual manufacturing for vaccines at scale as their turnaround is too slow.

Health/ the grants from government / mips / trial MRNA vaccine is all under the same umbrella of this deal which is to test trial vaccines and IDT is paid in the form of grants.
