With respect, I disagree with your observation:
"if it was bad news they would of disclosed it by now".
Most players, whether public companies, or as private individuals, try to delay, or even hide the bad news.
When the news is good, everybody rushes to make the announcement, or claim credit for the results. A crowded room becomes a frenzied occasion in such circumstances. However, if the news is bad (or negative), you can't even hear the noise for all the silence. Few, if any, stand in line to promptly announce bad news. That's human and market phsycology 101.
It's now past 7 weeks since they were suspended with very limited updates. Being suspended and keeping the market fully informed does not create a negative (given the absence of trading, etc). But, being suspended and not keeping the market informed does create a negative impression. And that's my point - limited market disclosure over the course of 7 weeks notwithstanding the suspension being in place.
